# Emissivity look-up tables for JURASSIC

## Introduction

* This directory contains a collection of emissivity look-up tables for the JURASSIC radiative transfer model

* Further information on JURASSIC is available at: https://github.com/slcs-jsc/jurassic

* The look-up tables have been computed based on the line-by-line approach using the Reference Forward Model (RFM), v4.28 and the HITRAN spectral line database, edition 2008 (with updates from 2009).

* Boxcar or triangular spectral response function with either 1/cm or 10/cm sampling and resolution are applied. The tables cover the infrared spectral range from 500 to 3000/cm.

* The data files are provided in binary format. Corresponding ASCII files can be provided on demand.

* The data files are zipped either per trace gas or per spectral ranges, to make downloads more easy.
