Minor Incident - Linux DRM subsystem disabled in accelerated nodes
Due to a newly disclosed security hole that has not been patched yet, we are
forced to disable the DRM subsystem on nodes with 3D acceleration. That does not
affect CUDA code, but visualization workflows might be affected. We'll roll that
back as soon as the security issue is resolved or a reliable mitigation is
discovered.

Critical Incident - Cooling failure in the datacenter
At 00:30 a general cooling failure on the datacenter resulted in an overheating
of all systems installed in the 16.4 building. Cooling seemed restored at 03:30.
The root cause is being investigated.

As a result JUWELS Cluster is at the moment completely unavailable. JUWELS
Booster and JURECA-DC are at the moment online, even though in the event JURECA-
DC lost 2 complete racks (a CPU-only rack and a GPU rack).

JUWELS Booster and JURECA-DC are NOT online. The cooling seems stable but
production won't be resumed until it is confirmed that the cooling
infrastructure can handle the resulting load reliably.

Critical Incident - Access blocked due to security vulnerability
Due to a published security vulnerability without known mitigation, the access
to all systems is blocked. As soon as the security issue is resolved access to
the HPC systems will be restored.

We use this opportunity to recover from the datacenter cooling incident
happening on the weekend and include the announced maintenance of JUWELS.
